Where We Ship

Classy Cartel currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Shipping Costs We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Order Confirmation & Processing As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately check our inventory to confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and prepare the order for shipment.

Delivery Estimates We know you are excited to receive your order. Our delivery timeline is broken down into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 1-5 business days after the order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 12 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Order Tracking

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@classycartel.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to orders@classycartel.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.
